That's what say to everyone in any gaming match I enter, be it Starcraft 2, Call of Duty or even DOTA 2. The main response is usually, "GLHF?". For those of you wondering that exact same thing, it actually stands for "Good Luck, Have Fun". Don't you agree that gaming should be a friendly, community building activity? I mean, why would you want to pay more than RM150 for a game, go online to play it and experience nothing but anger and stress? Wouldn't you rather be playing with someone who will guide you if you're new or compliment you when you performed something awesome? Someone like me or Gandhi with an XBox controller maybe. Anyway, on behalf of all the 'nice' gamers, who are probably to nice to actually do this even though it's been boiling inside them for awhile now, here's our combined middle fingers to all those keyboard warriors, flamers, rage quitters and hackers out there!
Enough on that, as my title post says, my blog has been down and out for quite some time now. One (1) year, five (5) months and twelve (12) days but who the hell is counting anyway, right? So, I'm planning on respawning my blog, again. I know that everytime I bring the blog back to life I say that this time I will consistently update it and all that but it's so hard to actually do that. This might just be another 'hot hot chicken poop' attempt to revive the blog, but I'm really going to try to maintain it this time. I can honestly feel my English proficiency level dropping steadily as the last time I actually sat down and wrote a proper paragraph was when I drafted my resignation letter about a month ago.
That's right, I'm employed now. A full fledged member of the working society. Actually, within the past year or so, I've been employed by three (3) different companies in two (2) completely different fields. I've also resigned twice within that period of time. Yeah, a lot has changed since the last post by that money draining, sleep-till-10am student gamer. But, I'm not going to tell you everything that has happened in the past one and a half years in a single post (And it's not because I want to have more stuff to say in the coming posts, honest.).
That's it for now but I will be uploading something special in my next patch.
Hope anyone who has followed my blog in the past will come back. For those first timers here, I sincerely hope you enjoyed the read and will continue to come back.
As a "Working Gamer", FT out...
