Well, I guess it's time I get off my ass and start exercising again. Oh yeah, I just heard that, for those of you who are on low-carb diets, you need your carbs, in moderate amounts that is. You can't just cut carbs completely out or you may start experiencing side effects. Although, I don't know how many people can actually follow a strict low carb diet with all the damn cravings around you, especially in Malaysia.
If this continues, I might have to change the name of the blog to "Inside the Mind of a Dieter". I don't know, it's just that this has been the prime thing in my life these days. I'm just so tired of being "overweight". I think it's time I stopped ignoring the fact that I am bloody fat!
It's the 1st of August! It is now T-17 days until I get back to Kuching and I am still quite far for my target weight. If I have anymore 'slacks' or delays, I don't think I will make it. What a way to test my own discipline eh?
Going back into Strict-Diet-Exercise-Machine-Mode and signing off at the same time, FT out...
