Repetition

It's been awhile, again...

I don't know why I can never bring myself to do something consistently for a long period of time. The only thing I can proudly say is that for the past week, I've been to the gym more than 7 times and stayed there for more than an hour each time. I didn't go everyday but I did go more than once on some days. So, apart from that, I've started a log that I update on a daily basis. Food intake, exercise, expenditure and stuff like that. Supposedly, starting and maintaining a log is supposed to help train my discipline...

So, I decided to try out one more thing, to actually update this blog at least once every two days until I get back to Kuching (on the 17th of August). That means roughly, 10 posts before I head out again. I hope I don't wriggle my way out of this one...

Another major thing that just happened is that I just got my results for the last semester and let's just say that I could have done much much much better. It wasn't easy breaking the news to my mum but I guess it's good that I got through four of the tougher subjects of my course without failing...

I've sort of fallen into a routine of going to the gym daily, like I mentioned above, and I've made an amazing discovery that you actually feel better if you exercise. I mean, I have read it in books and shrugged off the advice from many a believer but now, truly, I believe! For anyone out there who says that their too tired to work out, go work out. Trust me, you WILL feel better! It's like getting a boost of new energy for spending your old energy (If that makes sense). Well, if for nothing else, I think it's time I get back into shape...

For those of you hoping to see a more entertaining post, I'm truly sorry. It's 1AM and I just don't feel like being funny right now... I just thought I'd post something to get myself started with my 10 posts before Kuching thing. Don't worry though, my future posts won't be this emo or serious, honest!

So, till next time, play hard! (God, that sign off is just starting to get lame...)
